Participated in and dominated the method development and validation for the analysis of clinical samples by flow cytometry, which mainly involved immunophenotyping, activation assays by markers such as CD63/CD69/CD86, receptor occupancy analysis, and phosphoprotein detection.

To evaluate the expression profile and function of the RNA m6A methylation reader protein YTHDC2 in lung cancer. This study was based on in vitro experiments and freely available datasets in TCGA and GEO databases.

Our study identified miR-106b/93 as the molecular biomarker of CS-induced lung cancer, and they play a carcinogenic role by targeting SMAD7 and promoting the EMT process.
